PolicyGuard Pro provides retention marketing services for licensed life insurance agents and agencies, including but not limited to:

• Policy lapse identification and risk scoring
• SMS, email, and ringless voicemail outreach campaigns to policyholders
• Policy reinstatement support and coordination
• Retention analytics and reporting

PolicyGuard Pro is not a licensed insurance carrier or broker. We provide marketing and administrative support services only. All insurance-related decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed agent or agency.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

• Message types: Appointment confirmations, service updates, follow-up messages, and informational content related to our services.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. We will not send more messages than reasonably necessary to fulfill the stated purpose.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications.
• Help: Text HELP or call (254) 765-0038 for assistance.
• Consent is not required: Providing consent to receive SMS is never a condition of receiving our services or completing a purchase.
